Music
I love music and art, but mostly music and music.
Ever since I was a young kid, I've loved music. Listening to music, creating music, going to concerts, the art, the lyrics, all of it...
I started making music when I was in 2nd grade. I used my dual-cassette recorder to sample hip-hop off the radio on Friday nights, then spend Saturday making mix tapes. I'd dovetail beats together into a continuous 30-minute mix on each side, then make a few copies of that for my friends. You know you're really killing it as a 2nd grade DJ when the high school kids are hitting you up for mix tapes.
Fast forward a few decades...I've been a part-time musician since college and have played in 9 different bands over the years. I've played guitar since I was 15, but I also play bass proficiently and drums at an intermediate level. I also know how to turn on a keyboard. In addition to the instrumentation side of being a musician, I'm infatuated with music gear, tube amps, foot pedals, and signal processing. I've even dabbled with other random things like sampling, sequencing, and circuit bending old keyboards.
Being a part-time musician has been extremely rewarding to me for a number of reasons that I would have never expected. Aside from developing amazing friendships and having a lot of fun, I've learned more about interpersonal relationships from being in a band than any other experience in my life. Oh yeah, we've made a bunch of amazing music too...

Art
I'm not an artist, I only do it when I drink...
I don't fancy myself as an artist at all, but I do love art, both creating and consuming. Many people who create art do so as a platform of expression, attaching significance and meaning to each of their works. Perhaps I do the same on occasion, but honestly, I just like creating stuff!
Primarily I like digital art and I've dabbled with Photoshop since the late 90's, which has come in handy for things like designing album covers, show flyers, and incriminating photoshops of my dearest friends. I also really like acrylic painting and doing acrylic transfers onto things like skateboards, but one only has so much time and so many skateboards to ruin.
